Cottonwood Heights Dental is an extension of Complete Smiles Dental. I was commissioned to create a handful of Instagram posts, door hangers for a promotion they were doing at the time, and a brochure for their Membership.

This design included a perforated line near the bottom so a business-card-sized portion of the door hanger could be torn off and saved easily.
Brochure
Below is the original design. It was created for a trifold folio, so keep that in mind while viewing it. For example, the “Let’s get in touch” section would be the back of the trifold when closed.
