Although the branding for the company was already done by the time I joined, I played a large role incorporating the branding in new ways. Our existing paperwork that was presented to patients was inconsistent, hard to read, and followed no design guidelines. Although it wasn’t one of my responsibilities, I redesigned all 33 consent forms and made new appointment cards for all 4 locations. Everything is still being used now. Here’s a few examples:
